200 Maks Burgers giveaway for London launch this Monday

Although McDonald’s has been around for a long time, they still appear to hold enough influence for two eateries to introduce to London attempts at replicating Halal versions of their burgers.
Maks Burgers will be opening this Monday 2nd December at 5pm with a 200 burger giveaway on a first come, first served basis.
Earlier this year, we reviewed the debut to London of Birmingham’s Slamburger who we rated an above average 3/5 for their Halal versions.
Fully Halal Maks Burgers will be launching further south on Mitcham Lane in Streatham, though unlike Slamburger in Walthamstow who offer seating, Maks is entirely a takeaway.
And judging by the images and the use of hashtag #halalmacdonalds throughout their social accounts, they’ll be serving Filet-O-Fish, the Double Quarter Pounder and of course the Big Mac!
