Melt Didsbury diner brings sumptuous decor to Manchester

A new restaurant has opened in Didsbury Manchester with an interior so lavish that it could easily pass for a contemporary art gallery.
Melt Diner on Wilmslow Road has enough backdrops and features to have hungry Instagrammers coming back again and again.
The large establishment is open from 4pm everyday and has already received glowing praise from Halal food bloggers who’ve visited.
With hot and cold items on the menu, they do a trio of smashed patties: The Grilled Chick’n which brings the spice; Cheetyo Self that contains Cheetos crisp to provide crunch; as well as Loaded Fries topped with peri chicken.
But it’s the desserts where it’s really happening with Croffles – a mashup between croissants and waffles – pancakes, waffles, ice cream sundaes, brownies, cookie dough, cakes, milk shakes and hot drinks.
