The Mexicano’s launches in Surrey’s Staines-upon-Thames

Despite having been years in the making, The Mexicano’s has finally launched in Surrey’s Staines-upon-Thames (credit: Zaman Siddiqui).

Having run a successful Mexican restaurant up north, the owner of the Mexican restaurant is finally serving the region’s fresh flavours on the outskirts of London.

While it has been a long time in coming, the 80-cover venue has launched on Kingston Road barely a 10 minutes’ drive from Heathrow Airport.

FtLion has been informed that although the restaurant does offer a fully Halal food menu, alcohol is served on the premises.

Promising “authentic Mexican cuisine”, the Mexicano’s Head Chef, Manuel Morales, is said to be “straight from Mexico with 30 year’s experience in the food industry”.

The menu itself comprises of starters of tapas, tacos, burritos, enchiladas, fajitas, quesadillas, with plenty of sides, desserts, shakes and mocktails.
