Mi Chaii will be making its Salford debut in Greater Manchester this Friday as it opens its eighth UK branch.
Located in the Union Terrace on Bury Old Road, this latest cafe will be joining the many others making up the UK’s brimming chai sector today (see Let the chaii wala chai wars begin).
Carrying the clever double entendre of “Mi Chaii since 1964”, the “ideas behind Mi Chaii go back to the arrival of our father from the sub-continent in 1964… [who’s] been enjoying that tradition ever since”.
Mi Chaii’s fully Halal food menu encompasses plenty of chai choices that include coffees, both hot and iced.
In addition to desi breakfasts, they also serve Indian street food options like Kebab Roll, Masala Chips, and a selection of Rotis.
