Cult chicken shop Morley’s launch in London Croydon

HALAL STATUS Halal chicken only

Having launched in Dalston earlier this month, London’s cult chicken shop Morley’s has now opened in the south of London.

Located on Lower Addiscombe in Croydon, this brand has dominated the south of the capital since 1985,

With over 100 sites, a Morley’s representative has told FtLion that “most of our stores are Halal, but some are not” while adding: “I can confirm the chicken in our new Fulham store is all Halal.”

Morley’s managing director, Shan Selvendran, has reportedly said: “I want to be the number one in the UK. I don’t care who – we want to be bigger than KFC, Wingstop, anyone.”
