It’s been quite a week for the UK’s Halal karak chai sector with Cha Cha Chai opening in Manchester, Karak Chaii in London, and Chaiiwala announcing its imminent debut in the US.
And with My Karak Chai’s debut to North Yorkshire’s Middlesbrough, it seems as though karak chai is as alive and as popular as ever.
Located in Linthorpe Road, the brand is known for its all-day breakfasts, including an Apna Breakfast and Halwa Puri, as well as plenty of other times like the Butter Chicken Roll, Lahori Kebab Roll, Bombay Sandwich, and Karachi Biryani.
With half-a-dozen Rotis, My Karak Chai also does “freshly-made” Donuts with flavours like Lotus, Orea, Strawberry & Nutella, and Nutty Donut.
Their selection of Hot Drinks of teas and chais can be enjoyed with traditional desserts like Falooda, Gajar Halwa, Gulab Jaman; or you can opt for freshly-made waffles and Milkshakes.
