Halal ‘fine dining’ at The Old Hall hotel in Coventry
HALAL STATUS Halal options available (no cross-contamination) • Alcohol, pork & non-Halal beef servedThe grand opening of a restored former Victorian townhouse built in 1861 will be taking place tonight in the picturesque Coventry village of Kerseley.
The Old Hall will be opening its doors later this evening at 5pm with invited guests being able to take in the Grade-II listed building’s stunning renovation and beautiful surroundings.
The good news, of course, is that this luxury hotel and restaurant will not only be catering for Halal, but more importantly have also confirmed: “We will be serving Halal options and can guarantee that no cross-contamination will occur either with them [pork and non-Halal beef] or for vegetarian/vegan customers who request the same for their offerings.”
The Old Hall’s “fine-dining restaurant” will be serving a range of cuisines that include “the very best in luxury British and Italian fine-dining” as well as “authentic Indo-fusion cuisine”, with changing menus featuring only “the freshest, local ingredients”.
In addition, they have a new Kanko Koffee Shop that will also be serving luxury teas together with a selection of sandwiches and cakes.
The Victorian house is “surrounded by beautiful gardens and unspoilt scenery” and has been restored to fuse modern chic with a classical style.
