Big Derby debut for American smashed burger Phat Buns

Phat Buns have launched their ninth American burger restaurant this time in Derby.

Located on East Street, the brand has come a long way since opening their first in Leicester back in 2019 (reviewed by FtLion and rated 4/5).

They also have two sites each in Leicester and Nottingham, as well as one each in Loughborough, Coventry, Birmingham and Sheffield.

Offering a variety of smashed burgers, their signature Phat Angus burger was voted runner-up in the FtLion Awards ‘Best Burger’ 2019.

According to their Instagram account, they have plans of opening in London, Lozells, Leeds, and Cardiff.
