Pide & Co launch Turkish flatbreads in London Holborn

A new restaurant that specialises in Turkish flatbreads has opened in Central London’s Holborn this week.
Pide & Co launched on Kingsway just down the road from Holborn underground station and opposite Lincoln’s Inn Fields.
The large venue offers Turkish flatbreads called Lahmacun and Pide, with the former’s dough hand-stretched to achieve a crisp texture, and the latter’s yeasted dough with raised edges.
These are topped with a mixture of spiced minced meat, herbs, and vegetables such as tomatoes, peppers, parsley, garlic and onions.
With a selection of hot and cold mezzes to consider, they also do a pair of Specials as well as a number of traditional desserts.
