Salt Bae’s Nusr-Et London £7m turnover in 3 months
Turkish meme sensation Nusret Gökçe will be plenty happy with news that his restaurant in London’s Knightsbridge turned over £7m last year, it has been reported.
Companies House accounts for Nusret London, which opened Nusr-Et Steakhouse at The Park Tower last year September, reportedly shows the figure standing at £7,028,066.
This includes pre-tax profit of £2,235,086 and Ebitda of £2,832,832 in the first three months of trading, which equates to £170,000 of pre-tax profit a week on turnover of £540,000 per week in around 13 weeks of trading.
With the restaurant’s giant Tomahawk steaks apparently going for around £630, anda golden burger costing £100, Turkish company Dogus International – one of the largest private-sector conglomerates in Turkey and who own the London restaurant – will also be plenty happy.
The company reportedly said that “the directors believe that the company will be able to continue to trade for the foreseeable future based on the profits generated during the year and management’s thorough review of cash flows”.
