Shakedown brings its burgers to Newcastle upon Tyne

The fully Halal burger brand Shakedown opened its first branch in Newcastle upon Tyne yesterday.
Located in Jesmond’s Cavendish Road, this is their fifth UK site overall with three in Manchester and one in Edinburgh.
“What a day! The Grand Opening of Shakedown Newcastle was something else, a massive thanks to everyone who came down, you made it so special,” Shakedown said on Instagram.
With eight burgers to consider, of which four are beef, three chicken, and one a grilled cheese toastie, they also do wraps, a number of fries, and some sides.
In addition, they boast an extensive dessert menu with freshly-made waffles, cookie dough, cheesecakes, and a selection of shakes.
