London Caribbean wagyu at Slice of Meat opening tomorrow
HALAL STATUS Fully HalalA new takeaway that aims at providing the “finest contemporary and authentic Caribbian Soul food” will be launching in east London tomorrow.
Located on Church Road Studios (Unit 2), Slice of Meat will be opening at noon in Manor Park for takeaway and delivery services.
The House Special Charcoal Grills is the section to target with Wagyu Steak Ribs and Wagyu Steak, both served with hand-cut fries and a secret sauce, and the latter being 30 day dry aged.
There’s also the Caribbean-style Cote De Boeuf that comes with fries or mash and jerk gravy, as well as their half Jerked Chicken with chips or rice and peas, plantain and that secret sauce.
Burgers also comprise of Wagyu, Grilled Jerk Chicken, Pulled Beef Burger, and the giant Triple PBC of pulled beef ribs, beef patty and chicken thigh, to name but three.
Of course, as a Caribbean place, there has to be the classic Curry Goat, along with starters like Saucy Jerky Prawn, Jerk Wing, and Stuffed Jalapeno.
With an assortment of Shakes and Smoothies, you might also want to make room for their Desserts with things like Homemade Milk-cake, Churros, and Cake & Custard.
While Slice of Meat will be on “all food delivery apps” from next week, they are offering free delivery themselves on minimum orders of £15 within a radius of 3 miles.
