Chicken Delite is your typical Halal takeaway chicken joint which, believe it or not, actually won the Slough Business Awards for ‘Food Hygiene Excellence’ back in 2016. Currently though, its food hygiene rating stands at 3/5 as ‘generally satisfactory’.

With flowered-walls dominating the Gelatos‘ attractive shop front, this Italian ‘luxury dessert boutique’ serves freshly-made waffles, crepes, and pancakes, with artisan gelato made fresh on a daily basis.

Who doesn’t like some Peri Peri Chicken from time to time? Not sure what makes them ‘original’ except that this is their only store. In any case, they have everything you would expect of a fast food chicken place.

You can’t go wrong with a sandwich from world famous Subway can you? Franchised by “Al Shaheer Halal Foods Pvt Ltd”, this branch appears to be the only one that’s actually designated Halal in Slough.
N.B. – Both Herbies Pizza and Tops Pizza have confirmed that, while they do cater for Halal, pork is also part of the menu. And since their pizzas are cooked in the same oven, cross-contamination cannot be ruled out.
