Burger Lab opens as Coventry’s ‘first smash burgers’

There’s another Halal smash burger restaurant brand to add to this growing trend of Halal smash burger restaurant brands across the UK.

BRGR Lab (yes; another BRGR acronym), however, claims to be original in so far as being “Coventry’s first ‘Smash’ burger takeaway” having opened on Stoney Stanton Road.

Said to use “premium quality burgers which are handmade and 100% beef”, this 16-cover, HMC certified venue is ostensibly a takeaway with delivery being introduced soon.

The menu appears to be a cross between a peri peri chicken joint and a McDonald’s-cum-Burger King inspired fast food place.

While there’s single, double and triple cheese BRGRs available, there’s also the prime beef range of grilled Bunsen BRGRs that includes the humongous Mega Lab 4-tier sandwich.

With half-a-dozen chicken burgers and a couple of non-meat options, they also offer plenty of peri peri chicken that include their family platters.
