‘London’s first Halal smokehouse’ has opened its first bricks and mortar site in east London.
Smoke & Bones have launched a small takeaway with limited seating on Forest Road in Walthamstow.
Until this branch, they have plied their trade at food places and markets such as Flat Iron Square and Seven Dials.
They are known for their fully Halal smoke meats like Halal beef briskets and brisket wagyu that are both said to be oak-smoked for 12-hours.
There’s also smoked pastrami that’s “cured for seven days and then smoked for 12-hours”, and beef short ribs that are “cooked low and slow over oak and birch wood for 8-10 hours”.
