The British Asian Kitchen has also introduced handcrafted cakes this Eid, which includes their new Lotus Biscuit Cake that’s available to pre-order for £25 and serves around 12.

Saffron Street have created an £80 family hamper which feeds up to six people. For starters, it includes Chicken 65 Chow Mein; for mains there’s Lamb Curry, Lamb Biryani and Butter Chicken with Naans and a number of sides, while for dessert there’s Kheer and Strawberry Firni.

Sapna Caterers have gone to work in putting together several menus that are available from Thursday 30th July to Sunday 2nd August.
With free delivery across Greater London and Eid orders accepted in Surrey, Buckinghamshire and Luton, there’s four to choose from.
These include the Chef’s Eid Special for £50, which serves 2 – 4 people and includes their Signature Papri Chaat; Eid Roast for £40, at the centre of which is a slow roasted, gently spiced leg of lamb on a bed of Arabic rice, that’s sufficient for 3-4 people; a £50 Chef’s Special for four or £85 for six; and finally a £50 BBQ Marinate (uncooked) with a selection ready for grilling.

Spice Village will be offering two types of Special Eid Hampers where a £75 box will serve a family of 5, and £150 a family of 10.
Available from their Southall, Tooting, Croydon and Southend branches, Starters include Seekh Kebabs and Tandoori Chicken; Mains dishes like Kabali Palaw, Bhoona Gosht, and Daal Makhni, and Desserts Shahi Kheer and Gajar Halwa, among other things.
Available for collection on Eid between 12pm to 11pm (2-hour pre-notice required), 24 hours advanced notice is required, with free delivery for all orders placed today 27th July, while London-wide delivery options are available.

Makan Café in London’s Notting Hill hasn’t just been nominated for Timeout’s Love London Award, but was also featured on Masterchef judge John Torode’s travel documentary John Torode’s Malaysian Adventure. Owner Azhar Kamarudin has put together a number of family packs for £30 each meant for 5-6 people:
