Middle Eastern steakhouse Swiss Butter makes UK debut in London

With a dozen Middle Eastern sites, steakhouse Swiss Butter has made the big splash into Europe with its debut store in London (credit: Zaman Siddiqui).
Located in Holborn’s Southampton Row, this spacious venue is known for serving a trio of mains – beef filet, chicken, and salmon – which come with their “secret Swiss Butter sauce”.
According to their website: “Our Swiss Butter sauce is made up of butter and 33 herbs and spices. The recipe is a well kept secret, and we promise to never change anything about it. Not now and not ever.”
Although alcohol is served, the restaurant has informed FtLion: “All our food is 100% Halal. The certificates are available in the stores and you can ask the manager to bring them to your table for complete peace of mind.”
The brand boasts stores in four stores in Saudi Arabia, three in the United Arab Emirates, and four in the Lebanon.
