Taj Majestic Dining launches in Leeds tomorrow

Taj Curry House will have come a long way since their humble beginnings when they launch the Taj Majestic Dining restaurant tomorrow 17 Decemeber in Leeds.
With a “focus on catering”, the long-established brand will continue to serve Pakistani cuisine, but this time on Roseville Road and in more elegantly designed surroundings.
Having started on Roundhay Road as a small curry house in 1979, they now “aim to serve our customers with hygienic and delicious food employing a modern, creative and traditional style of hospitality”.
“We have realised that it is the time to meet our current customes’ much awaited demand since 1979. We are hoping to offer a place where families and friends can enjoy an authentic meal in a modern environment with our 40 years old recipes,” Taj mentioned on Facebook.
The menu appears to be varied with Seekh or Shami Kebabs, a variety of Pakoras, Samosa Chaat, a Mixed Platter, and more starting off proceedings.
For mains it has to be their “40 years old secrete recipes” which comprise of Taj’s Special Chicken Tikka Masala; Chicken or Lamb Karahi; Chickan Palak; Meat, Keema or Fish Masala, and Chicken Korma.
If you fancy something different, then there’s a selection of Flame Grills; Burgers, which includes Taj’s Special Chicken Tikka Burger, and the Shami Tikki & Anda Burger, as well as a variety of Steaks such as Taj’s Special Chicken Tikka Fillet.
And with a whole host of other choices ranging from British Classics to Taj’s Special Fusion Desserts, such as Jalebi & Cream Waffles; Gajar Halwa Cheesecake; and a variety of Fusion Milk Cakes like Barfi, Kulfi, and Rass Malai Milk Cakes, the menu is a busy one.
