The Firm pairs bubble tea with burgers in Birmingham today

A new restaurant will be combining burgers and steaks with plenty of bubble tea when it launches today in Birmingham’s Sparkbrook.
With a separate subsidiary business called Urban Teahouse, The Firm will be offering over a dozen bubble teas when it opens in Ladypool Road later this evening at 6pm.
The menu is a varied one too with burgers like the Tony Montana – taken from the classic movie Scarface – and The Firm Classic, as well as the option of building your own, while opting for Starters like The Mob’s minced beef balls served with spicy sauce, or the Chicago Dought Balls.
Additionally, there’s Pasta and Lasagne like The Italian Job; Hot Dogs such as the Reservoir Dogs; and a quartet of Steaks that include a 300g fillet, The Godfather.
With Milky and Fruity Bubble Teas that come in flavours like Matcha, Thai, Lemon & Kumquat, there’s also their Specials like Jasmine Green Tea with Cheese Cream, and their signature iced tea The Firm that comes with caramel coffee jelly.
While The Firm appears to have its sights set on opening in London and Preston, for the moment, home delivery is available through Deliveroo, Uber Eats, and Just Eat.
