Me and my wife received an invite from Toros Steakhouse to try their new brunch menu. Let me tell you folks that the food was sensational.
We all know that Toros has been around for a very long time and open mainly for dinner service. But now they will also open their doors to serve you brunch and lunch.
As we entered the restaurant, we were given a warm welcome by one of their waiters and were seated where ‘Hajat Reviews’ was displayed neatly on a card alongside a bouquet of white flowers, which we thought was a lovely touch and well organised.

Moving on to what we had. Just to start us off, we were offered a hot drink and a plate of filled croissants.
A few moments later we were ready to order the Toros Special Sizzling Breakfast: Toro’s signature special steak served with eggs, mushrooms, grilled tomatoes, green beans and breakfast potatoes.
We requested for a medium rare steak which was done exactly to our liking, with the eggs being perfect, as well as the green beans and the breakfast potatoes. Loved it.

Savory and sweet definitely go together and the above Fried Chicken Waffles was absolutely delicious. I was able to taste great flavours without the sauce on the chicken overpowering the sweetness of the honey dressing.
Our dishes were presented with finesse, looked absolutely amazing, and both tasted delicious too.
I want to end this post firstly by saying thank you very much to Toros Steakhouse, Naeem Omarji and Naeem Brisco for the invite. It was a great vibe. Secondly it was great meeting and catcing up with great people.
