Indian ZeeZain restaurant opens in South Kensington

ZeeZain is an Indian Restaurant and Lounge that launched this week in the heart of South Kensington.

While the 34-seater eatery does offer a fully Halal food menu, alcohol and shisha is also served, with the latter outdoors.

Currently ZeeZain has a 20% discount from 12-5pm until the end of July as well as a lunch time deal – any wrap and fizzy drink for £3.95 from 12-4pm.

Run by experienced entrepreneur Akhtar Miah, the catchy name is a combination of the names of his sons Zee and Zain.

The place itself is an elegant and sophisticated yet casual venue, which emphasises the meeting of two cultures in this Victorian building, serving modern fusion Indian cuisine with all ingredients being locally sourced.

With the roughness of the brick work mirrored by the pristine reflective copper in the main dining area of the restaurant, there’s function rooms also available.
