Chickano’s Chickano’s Chickano’s! What took you so long?
The people of Leicester including myself have been waiting for ages for @chickanosoriginal to open. It was definitely worth the wait.
Located on Granby Street, the decor and seating looked amazing, very spacious and great for big groups and families.
I walked into a buzzing atmosphere and customers just kept coming in; awesome I say for day 1. I ordered my meal which was ready within 20 mins.
The Mighty Memphis Meal, £7.49; Chilli Cheese Bites, £1.99
The Mighty Memphis meal was a nice chunky burger with 100% beef patty and chicken fillet, cheese, Turkey rashers, all in a brioche bun, and a generous amount of fries to go with it.
A portion of four delicious Chilli Cheese Bites that cost £1.99 (similar concept to New York Pizza and wings chilli cheese nuggets) which just melts in your mouth folks.
You may end up closing your eyes on your first bite; I did.
A very satisfying meal for sure and all for £7.49 (£6.49 for the burger alone, and an extra £1.00 for a meal).
Buffalo Ranch Salad, £5.49
The Buffalo Ranch Salad is the best salad I’ve ever had, with a generous amount of tender, well spiced and seasoned grilled buffalo chicken on a bed of rocket leaves, spring onions, sweet peppers, cheese and ranch dressing. Just an ‘oooosh’ salad at £5.49!
All in all, great with friendly staff members too asking how everything was. Cash payments only at the moment.
