Zabardast opens fifth London store today in Croydon
An Indian Wrap Co. run by a husband and wife is opening its fifth store today in London.
Duo Faisal and Neelofar Khan are preparing to open a Zabardast store in Croydon’s Central Shopping Centre.
And to celebrate, an introductory 50% discount is being offered off wraps, salads and biryanis until Friday.
The newest branch is emblazoned with traditional Indian proverbs, photographs of enticing Indian food and spices, and lots of comfy chairs and sofas.
Similar to its Canary Wharf location, the new branch will also have a biryani bar where customers can choose from various biryanis and curries served with basmati rice, or the far larger thaali dish, served with rice, curry and paratha.
At Zabardast, customers are in charge of how their meal is assembled from start to finish by choosing their base, which includes handmade wholemeal parathas or chakki rotis, before choosing their Indian fillings and a fresh salad topping, along with a wide array of signature sauces.
Zabardast also has branches in East Croydon, Canary Wharf, Clerkenwell and Waterloo.
